Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years brokerage experience in Full TL and/or LTL
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
Aggressive and competitive nature
Self-managed and motivated
Enjoys a fast paced work environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Great phone skills
Productive from the onset
A customer following preferred but not required
